home owner requesting that she wanted to have her A/C looked at. Our tech did go out to look at her A/C unit.  Our tech did give the home owner a quote to have her A/C replaced.  At that time the home owner stated that she could not afford the price.  Our tech left.  While our tech was out on another job with one of our other techs, our tech was texted by the home owner asking if they could work something out LOL.  Our tech responded by saying no.  Our tech did not text the homeowner except to respond to the home owners text.  Please be aware that this particular tech that responded to the request from the home owner has been with our company for several years.  We have never had a complaint.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions at [redacted].  Thank You,[redacted]
