I took a week program class at Medical Solutions; Phlebotomy Tech to be exact and it cost well over 1,700$The class in reality is only days long considering it is day every weekOut of those days I manage to keep my grades up and attend every class even though the things that were discussed in the class were not phlebotomy related at all which I talked to the owner about but she failed to do anything stating it was to late in the class and she actually told the instructor to call me on the issue which she did and the first thing that the instructor says when she calls is "I heard you have a problem with my teaching and if you do why couldnt you be grown enough to come to me about it " and I replied with I didn't have a problem and then she let me know the owner told her I had a problemIt just so happen when it was time for clinicals I had to give up the day because I am also in college and that day she wanted me to do clinicals was my first day of college.The other day she called me for clinicals I had school and workI called multiple times after that day to try to set up a day for my clincals and the last time I talked to her before November of she told me there would not be any available days for clinicals for monthsI asked the owner to let me know when something becomes available and she said she would but it would be monthsFInally November comes around and after being told to call the owner to see what was the hold up on the clinicals I did and what I got was even more shocking than the owner telling the instructor to call me on an issue I had discuss with her privatelyThe owner tells me that I am no longer affilated with Medical Solutions and she also tells me that she called me twice for clinicals and that she is only required to call twice and if I turn them down then that is on me All I received from Medical Solutions was total humilation in the class room and a paper certification that means nothing without clinicals and my state boardI have been told that I can not do clinicals without having a school to back me up I am and I wish I could have been smart enough to go through Danville Community College for my Phlebotomy Tech Certification because now I am out of 1,700$ and more due to cost of the book and I have nothing to show for it other than Medical Solution scrubs and a paper certification that is uselessI posted a review on their facebook page and I received a blocked number call from the owner at around 6:35pm who tried to argue with me about the review She encouraged me to file a complaint to you all stating that it has been a whole year Even months out the class the owner was stating that it was to long and that I was no longer affiliated with themI have phone records showing those times I have called for clinicals before those times
