Me and my family had horrible experience with this property management we paid $for an application and had to keep messaging for an update the young man knew our situation we had to be out of the house before the month ends and waited for his phone call didn't call so we had to call and to top it of he told us oh it was a no because the owner choose another family, he wasnt professional and wasn't interested in helping I give it a zero rating

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 9, 2014/07/09) */ [redacted] is not a party to the original transaction he has been authorized by my client Yolanda diaz to represent her in order to resolve some misunderstandings in regards to the property management agreement with Yolanda diaz mr [redacted] is romantically involved with Yolanda diaz and this has clouded his objectivity in resolving the misunderstandings I have tried to be accommodating to mr [redacted] and had furnished preliminary information in regards to this account mr [redacted] has grossly blown information provided to him out of context he has been very obnoxious and very unprofessional when I have spoken to him he is a very arrogant , obnoxious and uneducated and has made all kinds of outrageous accusations of which he is grossly mistaken re: property management contract I do have a signed legal and binding leasing and property management agreement re: didn't advertise the property we have been managing the property for several yearswe did advertise the home on craiglist , Zillow , trulia , on our website and we put signs on the property it is my option as a broker to put the home on the mls or nottypically most management companies do not list on the mls we obviously had to advertise and show the property to several prospectsthe new tenant didn't appear from mars and move in re: repairs done to the property we do have a written agreement that the owner was informed of and agreed to allow the tenant to make improvements such as painting, fixing minor things and was to be reimbursed the owner and my real estate assistant inspected the work done by the tenant and the owner even wanted the tenant to paint the exterior but later decided not to the owner stated she had no funds to pay a general contractor to come in and do the workthat is why the tenant and the owner agreed upon work to be done re: dual relationship with owner and tenant it is stated in the lease and property management that the broker may represent both parties which in a property management service it is part of the service how can you manage the property and not represent the tenant and the landlord when issues come up for repairs re; security deposits and rents all rents , security deposits were collected from the tenants we have cancelled checks and direct deposits made into the the owners accounts from the rent and security deposits we deduct our lease commission , management fees and any authorized repairs such as cleaning , painting or other costs of which we get verbal authorization from the owner I have personally audited the files and I have all the cancelled checks, reports , direct deposits , copies of contracts etc it appears that msdiaz maybe didn't give all the details and facts to mr [redacted] I will be sending the cancelled checks and proof to msdiaz and mr [redacted] to clear up any misunderstandings re: refunds of any lease or property management fees we are not going to refund any portion of the lease or management fees due to us by contract I have a legal and binding contract which was fully disclosed, approved and signed by msdiaz for the last couple of years we managed the home , collected the rent, re-rented the property, responded to repair issues all without incident until mr [redacted] entered the picture re: lease commission of $and monthly management of $month real estate commissions and management fees are negotiable and there is no standard set price the owner agreed upon the price which is the standard flat fee I actually gave her a discount of dollars in the contract msdiaz has the right to cancel the service , of which she did on july 8th , thereby she is free to shop around and hire another management company who can do it for less , for free , on a percentage basis , flat fee or she can mr [redacted] to manage it for her we have acted in good faithwe have diligently submitter her all monies due to her at this point it is very clear that it is mr [redacted] that is acting in a malicious and vindictive manner to cause my company and me to have a bad reputation if the Revdex.com wants me to submit copies of the documents and proof of payment I would be glad to do so Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 12, 2014/07/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) we have been managing the property for several years. we did advertise the home on craiglist , Zillow , trulia , on our website and we put signs on the property . it is my option as a broker to put the home on the mls or not. typically most management companies do not list on the mls.

we are not going to refund any portion of the lease or management fees due to us by contract.
