I had a negative experience with this company as I was quoted one price while talking to one of their representatives on the phone and then once the moving people came, another price was given to me as they said I had more stuff than their sqftthat the initial phone quote was based off of and they had to use their boxes (which were insanely expensive) in order to pack some of my stuff This was the first time that I have used a moving companyIf I ever have to use on in the future, it will not be this one I was naive at the time but have since learned that they exhibited all the red flags of a shady company Legitimate moving companies will do an initial estimate by coming to your home and looking at the amount of stuff that needs to be moved, first Then, they will come in a truck with their company logo on it The moving truck that came had the name of another company on it Also, the guys that actually moved my stuff, in general, were not very professionalI had read the negative reviews of this company before the movers actually came, but honestly sometimes you cannot trust negative reviewsBut this time, I have learned, those reviews were true Do not use this company!

There was no quote prior to loading my items in the truck when I was informed it would cost moreThey told me that they would have to tell me at the endAlso the owner was very rude and used vulgar language
with me without being provokedHe hung up on me several times without responding to questions

This is the worst moving company If I could give stars, I would They constantly lie to you - do NOT believe the sales people It took days longer to get our belongings and the company will never answer their phones They told us they don't outsource, which is a total lie - it is NOT a family run business, like they try to make you believe Your quote will be at least $less than the ending cost The movers were hours late to pick up our belongings at origination and hours late at the drop-off, which was done at midnight! There is NO organization in this company - they couldn't tell us where our belongings were They don't work on weekends and if you try to talk to the manager (the owner), he screams at you for minutes and then hangs up DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT BELIEVE THE SALES PEOPLE EVERYONE LIES

I moved from ** to ** and it was an eventful process with this companyThe original quote was for $which I thought was reasonable for a bedroom apartment moveThe sales person on the phone was helpful, but was a sales person and talked a good gameThe move was scheduled for a Friday, but the alternative date of Saturday had to be used with no real reason whyThe moves were scheduled to come between and 10, but didn't show up until 12:I was upset about this but they did a good job wrapping my furniture with blankets and wrapHowever there was an extra charge for the tape and wrapping they used to do this, which was not mentioned until they started the process, add another $chargeWhen they were done loading the truck, the movers were looking for 50% of the remaining billI was not aware of this nor had the cash or money order to cover this billThey agreed to defer payment until deliveryNow the exciting part of the move...I requested a delivery date of Wednesday which was the earliest available, but never got any confirmationCome Wednesday, I have heard nothing so I called the companyI got transferred to the dispatcher, who was a little rude, and said the travel will call the day before deliveryI asked for a time frame and didn't oneI called again on Friday and they said it should be there over the weekendI call again Saturday to get more information and got the driver's cell phone, and after a few tries got some answersThey will delivery on Sunday, so over a week after the initial pickupThen the driver said there will be another $charge because they semi truck cannot drive into the cityI was very upset at this point because I told the sales person where I was moving to and said it should be fineThe driver called on Sunday, saying he cannot make the delivery because the Uhaul place he was as was closedAt this point, I was ready to explodeI called one Uhaul place and they said they were open and had trucks to rentI called the driver back and told him this info, but he said he didn't have a way to get to that Uhaul because there was no taxis or uber drivers in the areaI told him this was unacceptable and I want my stuff so I had to drive an hour round trip to pick up the driver, take him to the Uhaul place so I can get my stuff that afternoonI was still charged the $for the shuttle service, that I had to basically arrangeThe driver was nice and I felt bad for him because the company put him into this situation, he had to move everything by himself because he had no helpAlso, another customer in the area was dealing with the same bull I was dealing withThis company is unprofessional and will nickel and dime you for everythingMy $quote turned into a $delivery chargeI should send a bill to the company for my time to pick up the driver, but I am sure that will just cause more issuesPlease find another moving companyAlso, there was some small damage to my dresser, but wasn't worth the hassle to claimI am sure the paper work would get lost some where so they won't have to pay for it

When we arrived for delivery customer was not ready and did not have the balance due my driver waited full days before having to off load his belongings into a storage unit in his town We cannot ride around with his goods on our truck Customer is a ware of his balance
since the day of pick up and still has not paid for services rendered

I am rejecting this response because: I still don't have the total amount needed to get my items. I need to know the storage amount. Esther hasn't returned my call because she can't get in touch with the driver that put my items in storage. The communication has been horrible. As I stated in my original complaint, I was told I could put a tentative delivery date and change it when I had the actual due date. I sent an email regarding my new move in date but my items were already in route. Then I was told that my items were going to be placed in storage. I need the FULL amount; not just the balance owed from the initial contract. I need to know the storage fees as well.

This was the first time that I have used a moving company. If I ever have to use on in the future, it will not be this one. I was naive at the time but have since learned that they exhibited all the red flags of a shady company. Legitimate moving companies will do an initial estimate by coming to your home and looking at the amount of stuff that needs to be moved, first. Then, they will come in a truck with their company logo on it. The moving truck that came had the name of another company on it. Also, the guys that actually moved my stuff, in general, were not very professional.

We just received confirmation today that customer will have the full and final payment for tomorrow
