Review: On Friday, April 5 I was involved in a car accident. The driver that rear ended me and in turn caused me to rear end the car in front of was driving a rental car. The driver infront of me did not have any damages to her vehicle. However, she did provide me with her contact information. I placed a claim with my insurance company (Geico) and from Friday until yesterday, we have not been able to contact the person "[redacted]" to obtain an estimate for the repairs to my car. When I call the company, "Clay" who states he is the office manager, told me that "[redacted]" could only be reached after 7pm. When I call "[redacted]" my call has always gone to voice mail with no return call. The last time I called was last night at approximately 7pm and again, it went straight to voicemail. Today I just placed another call to "[redacted]" to find out what insurance company they participate with and was given two names, [redacted] and [redacted]. I provided Geico with this information as well to try and assist the resolution to my claim.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for Express Rent a Car to arrange for an adjuster to take a look at the damages to my car, provide me with an estimate and have my car repaired as soon as possible.
