We have not heard back from the customer after we fixed the siding. If there is still a problem we need to know so we can go back out and correct whatever the problem is.

Yes, I read the estimate & where it said skylights are not covered under warrantee. When I saw that I said. No problem. My skylights are NOT leaking… I was not asked to install new skylights. I was not told the skylights would be an issue. The 2 skylights out of 3 only started to leak after the new roof was installed. How ironic. Furthermore, other roofers from the area came out to inspect the areas in question. They said it’s clear that during the install – the installers messed up. They had to plug the area around the skylight. The skylight itself is not leaking. You also admitted there was an install issue with the skylight on the 2nd floor. You said they found a nail under one of the tabs and that caused the leak. I haven’t been compensated for that leak either. While your guys tried to find the leak around the skylight for 9 months, he told me. Don’t worry. [redacted] will take care of this for you. You’re a good customer. Oh and a repeat customer. This is the second roof I had installed by Express Roofing & the first roof on the other house leaked as well. (no skylights) But I worked with you. Your guys repaired the leak & I fixed the ceiling. I was reassured this would get resolved. I was asked to get estimates for you to review. I did that and when you saw the numbers. You said – nope sorry – not my issue… Additionally my roof leaked again in a different spot (not near a skylight). So, clearly there is an issue with the installation.
