Express Salon

I went to Express Salon at [redacted] in [redacted] in February and [redacted] colored, highlighted and cut my hair and did a wonderful job I called back in May to have it done again and was told she no longer works there I was told [redacted] could do it and said she would pull my card and match the same color and high lights I went back on 5-19-and it WAS NOT even close to the same color and high lights It was awful!!! I am so embarrassed So I called and the owner answered and he told me they would fix it I asked if there would be an additional charge and he told me no I went in for my apt on 5-26-and as soon as I sat down they told me it would be an additional charge of $ I paid $so take out a hair cut I should get $backMy issue is they did not stick to their word If you are going to charge extra say so don't lie It looks terrible now I'm going elsewhere to get it all redone My friends say I look like I turned gray overnight My hair was
