The person who owns this company has no customer services skills at allMy car was towed from a accident scene and was towed by this companyWhen I called to get information about pricing the man who answered didn't answer with a company name he asked what I wanted and once I said I was calling for a estimate for my vehicle he said call back he is at lunchI called a few days later and he still didn't give proper customer serviceMy son went to pick up my car and he told my son that when I called the man I didn't have money to pay so he isn't jumping to meet my sonWe figured that the insurance would take care of it but here we are like days later and the car is still sitting and the tow yard has not even tried to contact us to see what is going onAfter speaking with the man twice I was done because he is rude and don't know how to run a business

This business is a scam. I ordered a trial product which I did not recieve. The trial terms stated if not completely satisfied cancel the order within 14 days and receive full reimbursement. When I canceled the trial due to not receiving the product they charged my card $80 anyway. Ive reported this company as a fraud to my bank. I want a full refund for the product I was charged which I did not receive as well as a refund of $16.00 for shipping.

vehicle on the street and that's why their vehicle got towed in the first place The vehicle was on the tow truck and they are lying that the vehicle was not on the tow truck it is totally dangerous and unprofessional to chasing after move-in tow truck and for safety reasons driver cannot stop because that will cause confrontation between the registered owner and tow truck driver unless the vehicle still it's on the ground and it's not on the tow truck and that wasn't the case and they are liable for all the fees
