Express Transport, LLC Reviews (2)

I received a letter from you today and would like to respond that the customer *** *** had a a complaint about our company Express Transport, LLCAs were trying to resolve this matter with the customer, were doing everything we can to make him happyIt started when he complained my driver
damage his vehicle when transportingWe don't take matters like this lightlyWe reached out to *** several times and told him we got an estimate to fix the damage roof by a professional body shop*** insist that we go through the insurance which is unnecessaryDue to the vehicle he purchased from IAA (insurance auto auctions) this vehicle he purchased was a flood damage vehicle, insurance will automatically deny the claimAfter the insurance denied his claim we even reached out to *** and told him we will still take it to the professional body shop to fixAny purchase made from Insurance Auto Auction cars are sold as isMy driver was mentioning *** was regretting the purchase from IAAHe kept complaining about he overpaid for this truck*** was trying to get out of a bad purchase and our company Express Transport, LLC happen to be the perfect escape for his bad purchasePlease keep in mind these vehicles purchased from IAA are damage vehicles that gets forklifted onto transport

I am rejecting this response because:
For some reason the transporter refuses to handle this matter like they are supposed to by using the insurance that they must have in case something like this happens. The Ford F-250 being transported was a special order for a client that for obvious reason has refused it and now we are stuck with a truck we don't need that has a damaged roof still needing to be fixed after a month and 3 days of the incident.  The ford F-250 has 47k miles and it's top of the line. [redacted], from the transporter's office insists that this is an IAAI vehicle and was flooded. We know, that's how we bought it. IAAI has cars being sold for $100K and more, is this her excuse why it was damaged, they don't care about vehicles that come from IAAI? Also she claims that I regretted the purchase, that's because for a moment I thought I purchased a roof damaged truck, only when I noticed the 2 inch distance from the roof to the transport trailer's bar that separates the lower deck to the upper deck. Then I looked at pictures when purchased and it all became clear. I've attached photos, there is no doubt they damaged the vehicle Keep in mind that the F250 was on the lower deck of a 2 story transport trailer that was winched all the way to the Freight-liner's cockpit.  Again, [redacted] claims the f250 was fork lifted into the transport trailer, which is impossible. If it was fork lifted we would no have all these problems.
