Do NOT under amy circumstance use this companyThey are rude and do not do what they sayHis response after me requesting refund for non service was; I would suggest you go back to the website as it clearly explains what is required to complete the request and of course it costs less to mail it in because they are quoting 3-Weeks for the delivery time and our is 3-business days for delivery.You should get your facts straight before you try to blow your smoke our way.We have the terms of agreement you signed online so feel free to whatever it is that makes you feel good inside but stop lying because you are fooling no one with your non senseThey are terrible

By this time I had already used the web to search and another site was recommended so I placed the order there and got assistance with my question via webchat BTW, the cost was 1/that of Express Vitals I responded to [redacted] that his last sentence made no sense and that I ordered through [redacted] and included "FYI, they are half the cost" The response was almost instantaneous back from Robert - shot me another e-mail that said "Get lost please!"

I ordered a copy of my California birth certificate on Thursday afternoon (07/16/2015), & received my birth certificate at my home in Texas the following Tuesday or morning (07/21/2015) as promisedI was very impressed with their customer service associates, who were courteous & professional; you can talk to someone personally or via online I was especially pesky, calling them twice a day since I really needed this in a hurry & I wanted to be assured they would live up to their promised delivery time -- I even told them that I had read some bad reviews, & they were explicitly patient & explained to me that sometimes customers run into delays if they do not submit all of the information that is required, such as having a request form notarized, if needed, or such as providing the correct mother's maiden name on a birth certificate, etc I want everyone to know that I am so very pleased with Express Vitals! I applied for my birth certificate and after they received my money they told me I had to send a notary signiture or my copy of drivers licenseThis was not disclosed in my initial requestThen I questioned them and they said sorry have a nice day! I felt I was not told the truth and they misled meDon't use this service

On the 26th of February I submitted a request for a birth certificate through this website. They charged me 49 dollars and did nothing. When I called for a refund they replied we don't give refunds. So they basically stole money from me and provided no service.

Express Vitals is a joke. They take your money and keep making you send them more information claiming they don't receive it. Their customer service people copy and paste the same form letter responses over and over and offer NO help when asked. Their individualized responses are short, full of grammar and spelling errors and mean and nasty. We turned to them for help after three months of trying to get a birth certificate and the response I received was "take yourself somewhere else because we will never give you anything here". They are the most unprofessional joke of a company I have ever tried to do business with. Do not pay them money!
