Bad Business! Company takes 2 months to deliver plus they will take 50% what you pay if you decide to cancel because they wait almost 2 weeks to process your order. The owner is very confrontational in so many ways. I thought I would try something new and I was robbed of half my money for "return policies." I was told that the hair was "custom made! Which they never started to make and waited almost 2 weeks to send an email to "confirm that my order that was correct and they never processed it. I have never dealt with a company like this before. I'm sure she will make up lies to justify this company business

I purchased a unit from this company and was not pleased. The wig was poorly constructed and as a free gift, they sent me a used flat iron. Once I emailed them requesting a refund, I got the run around. They wanted pictures, which I sent and keep asking for reason why I didn’t like the wig. I explained why I didn’t and just wanted a refund. Had no luck. Then I put a honest review on there website and they got upset. This company scammed me out of over 200 hundred dollars.

This customer never contacted us at first to make any complaint about her wig. We only noticed she sent wrong reviews on another different style product she didn’t order. So our production team reached out to her to find out what the problem was and to explain to her that the style she made a comment about was a totally different style from that which she bought.
She ordered Blair but she kept referring to Kayla. Also Kayla is $40 higher than that which she purchased but she was expecting to receive Kayla. Both styles are different but they both have boho curls on them.
She responded back with swear curse words and she said she doesn’t care about the styles.
At this point we tried resolving the situation even though she doesn’t even understand what style she ordered by offering an exchange. We asked her to send us images of what she received but she responded back with more curse words. It took a long time of her arguing before she could even send pictures. There was absolutely nothing wrong with her order by the time she sent some pictures. She tried bringing up excuses about the wig but all that she said were highlighted and openly explained on the description of the product page itself right before she ordered as we are as transparent as possible.
Then she came up with sending her a used flat iron. We sent her pictures of more that were ready to be shipped to customers because her claims were all false trying to look for other ways to make up more excuses.
Lastly we offered her to return the wig just to satisfy her even though her wig wasn’t qualified for an exchange, but she used very strong curse words that were unbearable and she threatened to give us bad reviews online. At this point, we couldn’t move any further as she wasn’t ready to help us help her.

Very rude after I ordered wig for 219.00 I was called a dumb *** and stupid *** over conversation. No customer service whatsoever have messages to prove the lack of customer service when inquiring about my paid 219.00 wig.

She ordered on the 8th of June, 2020 and we were still within our normal processing time as she was informed right before placing her order.
We have a warning notification displayed on every product page on our website that informs everyone about our processing time and cancellation fee. We inform our customers better about our wait time to enable them decide if to order or not and also the % cost applicable to every customer who decides to cancel after placing an order. Alongside this warning is a CANCEL or ACCEPT button. If you select on cancel, it means you will not be allowed to place an order, but if you select ACCEPT, it means you have read and understood our warnings and you have agreed to our terms before placing an order.
Days later she called and texted us that she wanted to cancel. We informed her and repeated our cancellation fee to her over again and she became very rude with threats saying she would not order from us again and she would do a review and not recommend us.
She said she would call her card company listing us as a fraud.
So we asked her if her processing time was up as this was displayed to her as a warning on the website right before she purchased her wig.
She responded with *** no I didn’t see no processing time and went on with a lot of threats to post us on social media with false claims. So we told her to make sure she tags us as well in such false claims because we have our evidences to also let the public know that her claims are false.
She said “customer service means a lot” but my concern is, I’ve see a lot of people use this sentence just to get away with their deeds when they don’t act right with a company. It’s totally wrong for you to think because you ordered from us then you have the right to use curse words on us just because we are working based on our policy. Every company has their own policies and standards and we will always maintain ours. We also begged people who cannot abide by our processing time and cancellation policy not to order from us. We sell custom handmade braided wigs that requires a processing time frame in order to make them according to a customer’s specifications.
She came up with the word *** and we have our prove in the text she sent to us. I would like to have the opportunity to upload that on here.

Simple- I order an extra small wig they sent me a large and when I asked to exchange or refund they refused see below - I have pictures of the wig sent to me and sent them the photos also

They are not just common already made wigs that can be easily returned or rejected because the customer's choices of options in making the wig isn't what other customer's want. Consider her head wig size, color, length and all.Our policy states that once a deposit has been made and we have started processing your wig, it is non refundable. We have invested money, manpower and time into making her wig, it would be unfair canceling this order and taking the money away from us as no one else would buy it.We tried to explain this to the customer when she called, emailed and text us to cancel, but she rather threatened to have us reported on all platforms.Attached are some of our initial conversations when she first paid and she was asking us to make the wig into a certain size.
