I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I am a responsible, professional person and take pride in handling things in an appropriate manner.  I was not happy with the floral arrangement when it arrived and additionally my Boss was not satisfied.  The flowers were wilted and the arrangement was not acceptable.  When I called to relay that myself as well as my Boss were not satisfied... I was told by the person answering the phone "Do y'all read"  "You picked it out".  The tone that they used was inappropriate, unprofessional and abrasive.  I do not feel that a professional established florist should be speaking to clients in the manner I was spoken to or responding to a client that they are trying to blame them for the arrangement being disappointing and of poor quality.  Reputable business professionals aim for their clients to be happy and satisfied and not argued with.
