We ordered plantation shutters May 2nd 2019 from Expression in Window Fashions and I asked my wife to call Tim to see how our order was progressing. Tim told us it would take 6 weeks to complete the order and installation. To our alarm he has not returned our calls or emails. We went by his business address today and it is closed and available to rent. We gave Tim $3,000 50% of the cost of our order in good faith. Being 65 years of age I am tired of people trying to take advantage of us thinking that we are too weak or frail to do anything. He told us he would send us a copy of the contract but never did.

Refund We want to get our hard earned money back so that we can order shutters from a reputable firm in the near future. He needs to be criminally prosecuted for not providing the shutters he sold to us.
Tim got a hold of me after he was on a cruise and away. He told me that the order is being filled and that it should ship on the 21st of June. I told him that it is a good practice to leave a phone message simply telling us he is gone. He agreed and seems to be doing what we agreed to do. I'm sorry to cause the work for you but feel that the complaint should be not proceeded with at this time.
