I am rejecting this response because:Everything that is stated is fact and accurateThere is no embellishment, there is no slanderExpressions failed to perform services per the agreementExpressions caused a delay in the start of our wedding which impacted the entire day, most significantly, the cocktail hourA signed letter was sent to Expressions from the owner of *** stating the cost for the minutes that was lost*** was the contracted caterer for the event, and we have no affiliation with themThey do not get anything out of thiswe simply asked them to provide the letter which supported the facts that Expressions caused a delay to our wedding which cost us moneyHad Expressions been proactive and respectable and actually returned emails or phone calls, we would not have to go through the Revdex.com, and potentially an attorneyExpressions refused to provide a contact name in the initial correspondence before they stopped responding to us, but if they had, we would certainly be addressing this with that specific personWe are simply seeking payment for the minutes of cocktail that we lost because of their negligenceThere is no slander, there is no embellishment

I am rejecting this response because:Everything that is stated is fact and accurate. There is no embellishment, there is no slander. Expressions failed to perform services per the agreement. Expressions caused a delay in the start of our wedding which impacted the entire day, most significantly, the cocktail hour. A signed letter was sent to Expressions from the owner of [redacted] stating the cost for the 25 minutes that was lost. [redacted] was the contracted caterer for the event, and we have no affiliation with them. They do not get anything out of this... we simply asked them to provide the letter which supported the facts that Expressions caused a delay to our wedding which cost us money. Had Expressions been proactive and respectable and actually returned emails or phone calls, we would not have to go through the Revdex.com, and potentially an attorney. Expressions refused to provide a contact name in the initial correspondence before they stopped responding to us, but if they had, we would certainly be addressing this with that specific person.
