Expressions in *** refused issue a refund. After determining I was within the 14 day return period and that the shoes were unworn as required, they still refused to issue refund claiming all refunds had to be cash and they did not have enough on hand to do so. This is unacceptable, particularly because I paid with a debit card electronically.

On Saturday 11/30/19 I had spend $500 + in your store located at ***, ***.

On 12/2/19, couples day after I needed an exchange for my son sneaker from size 7 to 8 in infant size. One of the manager reluctantly said I couldn't make an exchange or my money couldn't be return because the sneakers had a "mark" on the side of the sneaker. Which was either there before I purchased it and didn't notice it because my son never wore the sneaker he just tried them on.

Long story short he reluctantly refused to give contact information on his upper manager nor offer to take my information down to provide it to his manager. He also wouldn't give me a solution and I decided to stay there until he was willing to provide me, the customer who spend more the $500.00 at your store, a solution. He than decided to call the police on me and I was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. I have a video of the situation when I NEVER destroyed or touch any merchandise or acted aggressive nor insulted or use profanity towards your employee.

I was embarrassed, treated like a criminal for something that could of easily be resolver if he had some customer service skills.

Customer came into our store with a pair of sneakers for an exchange. The sneakers appeared worn to our management and were declined for an exchange per our return policy that is stated on our receipts and counter-top. Customer refused to leave the store unless we performed the exchange outside of our policy. After some time, our management called the police to assist. They informed her that she was receiving a "no trespassing" order. After they informed her of that, she still refused to leave. They warned her 3 additional times that this would result in an arrest. After the 3rd warning she was arrested and taken into custody.

when in to buy my 3 yrs old son some sneakers I brought it when home try it on him, on Monday this happened on Friday of the same week when to return the sneakers and the guy said that he saw a mark under the shoes so they can't exchange and this is bad they are forcing me to keep a sneaker that doesn't fit my kid and s a problem I called to speak with the district manager but he never returned my called the only person was a store manager who was rude and telling me I have n options as to whom I have to keep the sneaker this isn't right my son never wear the shoes that mark was probably on it from the begin

Unfortunately the shoes that the customer attempted to return showed wear that would make them unsaleable. Our associates are experienced to look for signs of wear, and they found in this instance that the shoes were clearly used beyond being tried on, and there was no way they could be returned to stock.Thank you for your consideration.

This business is lying, the shoes was never wore beyond trying on, I brought the shoe was never previous check before leaving the store and on top of everything the management was very rude as well as the District manager. Who never called me to even follow up with my complaint, I felt I was judge because of the location of the store, the previous night I went to ***. And the sale representative was going to exchange without any issues, but due to the fact that the sides wasn’t at that location he then sent be back to the same location that it was originally brought from because they had the side, up to now my shoes is still at the store. Expressions is bad for business.

Expressions is refusing to honor a gift certificate. They are claiming it expired, but under Massachusetts law, a gift certificate cannot expire within 7 years of the date it was issued.

I purchased a pair of $130 sneakers at Expressions. I wore them for 10 minutes and they fell apart because they were defective. I returned to the store and they told me I needed to complain to *** and they will handle it. I contacted *** and they said that the store in question is not an authorized dealer so I would have to handle the return with them. I called the store back to relay this information and was told a manager would call me. I never received a call back.

We are not a store but a catalog company and do not sell *** sneakers. We looked up this customer by name and address and he has never purchased anything from our catalogs.

so upon customer coming into the store and asking for an exchange on his item. I politely explained that as a third party we are unable to honor The manufacturer warranty. I explained to him the process of contacting the manufacturer to get a warranty replacement. These specific instructions were not followed. all warranty issues through this manufacturer are handled online at the below provided link: ***which the customer was informed of. instead of following the instructions given he then went to a *** retail store and was given incorrect information which then prompted the filing of this complaint.

This is incorrect. I did follow the instructions and was told by *** HQ that their store is not an authorized vendor and therefore *** would not accept returns from that type of store. I called expressions back and left a message for the manager about this and he never called back. That is why I filed the complaint. I am just asking that the store stand behind what they sell. It is not unreasonable to expect a product that cost $100+ to not fall apart in 10 minutes.

These guys are thieves ! bought a pair of sneakers ( $ 120) he wore one day and had holes in them. They would not let us exchange or issue us a credit
Frauds !! pretty sure these guys are selling knock-offs here
BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was at Expressions on 10/14/2017 at 5:46 pm. I bought one pair of *** sneakers. The sales person was *** C. and the clerk's name was *** T. I reviewed my receipt today and noticed that I was charged $.10 for a bag and five dollars for A Hope donation. I called the telephone number on my receipt and asked to speak to a manager, the person who answered the phone informed me that he was the manager. He proceeded to call me sweetie, and I informed him that my name was not sweetie and he laughed. I then asked him what the policy was on charging for a bag and charging five dollars for a donation, *** informed me that there was no way to refund a donation once it happens even though I told him I am the card holder and I am the person who decides where my money goes. *** then proceeded to call me sweetie for the second time and for the second time I corrected him and told him my name is Ms. not sweetie. He also informed me that every store in Cambridge charges for a bag and I told him just because every business does it does not make it right I feel if i'm spending $140 on a pair of sneakers in a business that I should not be charged a fee for a bag. *** informed me that all customers are asked if they want a bag or not and I told him I'm not sure if all customers are informed there was a big fee and I was told that is just the way it is at every business in Cambridge. So I told him I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com about this, because this is the first I have heard of it
