I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. I bought the Mother Goose Record-A-Book's and batteries were included but didn't work. I was fine with that, as I didn't mind purchasing batteries. After putting new ones in, the books don't even work!! My kids sat there waiting for me to put them together for them, and I couldn't get them to work. Google searched to see if maybe someone else had the same issue and was able to fix it, just to find I'm not the only one who got defective books. These should be made with a lot better quality considering the cost of them. ???? Now my kids have useless books. ????

I purchased three books at Walgreens after Christmas. I packed them away without opening untill October. I retrieved the books for recording as Christmas Presents for grandparents. When I began to record the books would not work. I replaced batteries and worked for over an hour trying to get the books to work and had no success. I called the company and was told they would ship out new books. I offered to return the ones I had and was told no that is not necessary. I waited, hoping they would arrive before christmas and never received the package. I left messages for the company but never heard back from anyone. The books are not worth the price I paid for them.
