Review: My family and I scheduled an appointment at 4:00 on Sunday January **, 2014 for a family portrait. We scheduled the appointment 2 months in advance. We called to confirm the appointment 2 days prior. This involved family coming from out of town, days off from work and an elderly parent. When we arrived promptly at 3:50, the studio was JAMMED with people. We were told there was at least a two hour wait and hopefully the picture would be taken before the mall closed at 6:30. We explained this was not possible for us because of the elderly member of our family who could not wait and two other members who had time schedules to return to work. The staff was rude and inconsiderate and would in no way accommodate us for the scheduled appointment. They informed us business was done on a first come first serve basis. At no point in any of our conversations with this business did they explain this possibility to us. We never would have scheduled an "appointment" had they told us it could involve a two or more hour wait Not only did we not get our family portrait done but several of our family members lost work time and spent a great deal of money to be there. This is a totally unacceptable way to run a business and I feel other people need to know that there is the potential for this to happen to them as well.Desired Settlement: I feel that we deserve an apology , a guaranteed scheduled appointment at OUR convenience and a 50% discount on any package of our choice
