Expresso Airport Parking

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The damage was caused by Espresso valet staff while the car was under your careI did not see damage until the second I got homeDenying my claim is just your way of saying you rather stick by your fine print policy to save a few bucks rather than right this wrong made by your company in the interest of customer service and customer loyaltyHave you even attempted to talk to your valet staff about this incident or look at any security camera footage ? Your staff takes note of preexisting damages before parking but does not do that upon pickup nor remind customers to do that before exiting facilitiesLook at your reviews to see how many people have the same issues with Espresso Parking.
Im not trying to scam you for moneyIt's just having you take responsibilityIt won't cost your insurance anything but this is a real scar in my experience with Espresso / Pro ParkAt the same time a free stay at a parking place that damaged my car and not taking responsibility is not going to make this right. The customer left the facility and then claimed the alleged damage to the vehicle.  We cannot be held liable for anything that is claimed after departing the facility.  Despite that, we offered the guest a complimentary stay as a goodwill gesture for a longtime customer....
