Review: I was designing a circuit board for use with 0.025" parts, but the hole sizes in the circuit boards that were manufactured were much smaller than and not compatible with the 0.025" parts I designed the boards for.I've requested that the company create valid boards for use with my 0.025" parts using a supplied artwork from a H[redacted]4D.PLT file created by their software to use 0.075" metal pads with 0.040" holes to make their boards compatible with my 0.025" parts.The manufacturer states that their mission is to solve software and manufacturing related problems on their website, however, the manufacturer isn't correcting the issue to make the boards compatible with my 0.025" parts.Total loss for the project is $303.81 until the manufacturer can create circuit boards according to supplied specifications created by their software. I sent defective parts back to them as requested along with hardware components to show their boards were out of spec and not compatible with the 0.025" parts I was designing the board for.The manufacturer went silent when requesting replacements for the defective units that were created. I have customers waiting for their boards who prepaid for these boards as a collective crowdfunded project, but the manufacturer isn't cooperating. The manufacturer has everyone's monetary funding for this project, but aren't correcting the issue with the hole sizes they're using so we can have boards that are compatible with out 0.025" parts.The boards should have containing 0.075" pads with 0.040" holes for use with out 0.025" parts, but the holes on the boards they're sending have a hole size of around 0.020", much smaller than the components we're trying to use with the boards.Desired Settlement: The CLER-7030-G order needs to be rebuild with the supplied artwork found in the HN[redacted]D.PLT file I have requested the manufacturer to use.We need circuit boards with 0.075" pads with 0.040" holes as requested to make the boards compatible with our 0.025" parts.The manufacturer sent three orders full of defective parts that can not be used because the hole sizes did not support our 0.025" parts. The circuit boards need to be created with the N[redacted]D.PLT artwork as specified.
