I was immediately charged for an order I placed online only to receive a phone call the same day telling me that the size I needed was not availableI've called several times only to be told that refunds take 3-days to process I have been waiting on my refund for an entire week and as of today still have not received it I wish that I had read all the negative reviews on this company first, I would have never done business with them

When I ordered my suit by phone the person never told me about the return policy and how to send the suit back if it did not fit ect When I called this company they returned my call two days later and said I should have read the policy on line and it would be a 30% restocking charge and an in store crieditIf I would have known this up front I would not have order from this company!Two hundred and nine dollars is a lot to pay for a suit you cannot wear!!!
