I had a tech come look at my sticky backwash valve on my poolHe took his phone and took pictures of my valveAs he was doing this, I said, "Will I be charged $fo you to take pictures of my valve?" He said adamantly, "No Way! You will be charged the service charge once we come back with the ordered parts and do the service repair." He quoted me $for the parts and repairI was flabbergastedSo I immediately called Atlas and told them to cancel my parts order and serviceI took my own pictures of the valve and went to the local Pool store and spent $on the O-rings I needed! days later I get a ring at my door, and its the same tech coming to do the service! I told him that I called the office and canceled everything immediately after he left my house days earlierHe was never notified of thatI told him there was a terrible lack of communication in this businessHe apologized and left
Which brings me to today, when I received a bill in the mail from Atlas for $95! I called and talked to a Mack and told him the entire storyHe said he would get back to meThat was over hours agoThis business is extremely unorganized and has POOR communicationI would never recommend them, and I definitely will not pay the $bill for nothing
