Presitge Pools was hired to maintain my pool, amd two water fountains Immediately, admittely by coinicdence my water bills sky rocketed As an out of state owner of the property, I relied on Prestige to diagose and correct the probelem After they made repairs to the auto fill, the water bills continued to be extremely high After this went on for four months, I came to the property to spend some time I was able to diagnose the problem immediately and correct it The water bill dropped immediately One of the water fountains had an underground leak This was diagnosed by simply looking at the water meter and seeing that is was continously spinning I shut the water off to the fountain (it had its own shut off valve) and the water meter stopped spinning
I suffered months of $plus water bills when they should have been around $per month Prestige was very arrogant and would not admit that they could have easily diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed the leak
