I have had interactions with this company and both times I felt like I was cheated and they were very dishonest
Exquisite Air was sent out by my home warranty company both times The first time they were sent out as a second opinion and I was told I needed a new AC unit Another company was able to fix the problem with just a replacement part
A year later I had to have the same AC unit repaired They were sent out again by my home warranty company I was told that a circuit board needed to be replaced and I was lbs low on freon I asked them where it was leaking from and they could not tell me When I asked to speak to the tech I was told they have no way to reach the techs and could not guarantee a call backAnd of course I never got the call back After weeks of the AC not working correctly and finally going out completely, I called Exquisite Air first thing Monday morning to have them go out that day and fix the AC The person that answered the phone was rude and said they could not come out today They could come out Tuesday but could not tell me that we would be first on the list for the repair The warranty company sent out another company This company came out was able to fix the unit with a fuse replacement and the unit only needed 1/lb of freon! If Exquisite Air was honest from the beginning my AC unit would have been fixed weeks ago Instead I had to make multiple phone calls and purchase a window unit to make a room livable in the Phoenix record breaking heat!
In my opinion this company should not be in business They have no ethics and have horrible customer services!

We had a great experience today with Exquisite Air Service, and in particular Brett He arrived exactly on time and spent minutes diagnosing the problem, getting parts and testing and then racking the breaker back in and declaring the A/C Unit once again functional No upcharges, no games Great service and we will definitely use them again if the need ever arises Good service usually depends on the Tech who is involved, and this time we have the right guy House is ramping down from degrees to in minutes Thanks guys!!

I was referred to Exquisite Air through my Home Warranty Service. The issues involved are as follows:
1. Took Exquisite Air 48 hours to show up at my home
2. Immediately tried to sell us an extended service plan
3. We did not hear back from them re the "fix" for 48 hours
4. We had to call them back re the next steps after another 2-1/2 days of no response from them.
5. We called multiple times to check back re progress and next steps to only get the answering machine and no call backs to our multiple messages left regarding action on our problem.
6. When I asked the receptionist to talk to someone with "authority" I was told they are in a meeting. No call back from them either.
7. We have yet to hear back from them regarding a solution to our problem and have moved on with another provider who solved our problem in 48 hours.
8. Exquisite Air was very unprofessional, and showed no interest in providing timely customer service.
9. I would not use them again or recommend them to others

I recently requested service on my AC unit via my home warranty. The company selected was Exquisite Air Services. After a 3 day wait, my appointment was scheduled Friday 8/7 from 12- 4PM. Finally at 5:10 PM the technician arrived. Spending 15 min he communicated that my blower motor was bad and needed a replacement and that I would need to call his supervisor on Monday to get a replacement leaving me with a broken AC unit through the weekend. However if I wanted to pay him $1500-$2000 he would fix me instead of waitning for home warranty. On Monday, I called Exquisite air 5 times throughout the day only to find out that the service tech was actually the owner of the company and that they were not interested in repairing my system. It is now a week that my AC is out in Phoenix AZ. I would not use this company as they are deceitful, rude and unresponsive.

This company charges exorbitant rates to do SIMPLE tasks. Cleaning of evap and condenser coils on a package roof unit, charged $550 for about 1 hr of work (and a spray bottle worth of acid co cleaner)! Worse, they were already out at my house for a warranty repair that took longer then the cleaning! My suggestion: Shop around! I got quotes after from multiple companies that were over 50% cheaper! When I talked with Christina after, I wanted an explanation why it was so much for 1 hr of work, especially when they were already getting paid to do the warranty work. She got very irritated for me asking this and was not even willing to discuss the exorbitant fee. Basically this company is getting double paid by both the warranty company and I. Would never recommend this business to anyone.

Exquisite Air Services goes above and beyond on customer satisfaction. The office has an obvious concern for customer satisfaction

House is ramping down from 90 degrees to 82 in 30 minutes. Thanks guys!!
