I have been requesting for over a year that a tree next to my patio be removed along with the roots that are growing underneath my patio I finally got the HOA to send someone out, only they simply cut the tree down to the stump The tree has started to regrow, and the tree roots have damaged my patio I have requested that the patio be repaired as well only to be told that it is my responsibility I should not have to continuously BEG for the HOA to do their job They are paid monthly by each owner to maintain the outside of our community and are failing to do so This company continues to make excuses, refuses to do the required work, and are only interested in collecting monthly dues
Lambeth Management Company is paid dues each month to maintain the exterior of our community at Lakeside Townhomes in Jamestown, NC In September of this year, Hurricane Florence produced very heavy rains that caused water to come into my home I had to put down newspaper to soak of the water (too much water to mop up) I then called a service tech to make sure there were no leaks and was told that the water had come into my home from the outside as there is no drainage system on the side of my home I immediately contacted Lambeth Managemnt (my HOA) only to be told that it was my responsibility since the water was coming 'inside of my home', and they are only responsible for the 'outside' After several more calls and arguments with these people, they email me and tell me that they did an inspection after the last heavy rain and determined that no damage was done and no drainage system was neededI do not know when of "IF" they actually came out to inspect, I did not hear from t

I use Equisite over the dealer body shops, because of their superlative work
In the 10+ years of doing business with this firm, I have never had to bring a car back because the job was not done right

NEVER recommend! Exquisite hardly describes this auto body shop! I have been aquainted with this business since they opened their doors for business in Lake Worth. The original ownerS were decent, honest, reputable people. 5 years ago I took my Hyundai to have it repainted, learning that only ONE of the original owners was running the business. Perhaps through my lack of clarification, only the roof got painted, not the whole car as I intended. The roof paint has begun to deteriorate, down to bare metal. I called to inquire about the warranty, and was told that (understandably, after 5 years) my file was likely off-site, and they would call me back when they got it back to the office. After receiving no call back for 2 weeks, I visited their office today. I was informed that there is NO WARRANTY, because the paint company they used 5 years ago did not warranty their paint. Really? Why would any reputable company do business with a vendor that offered zero, zip, zilch, nada warranty on a product that was being passed on to customers at a very high price?! I do not believe Exquisite to be telling me the truth. They said they didn't know who the paint company was, but they knew that the paint company didn't offer any warranty? I believe the deterioration is due to faulty workmanship, including inadequate preparation of the surface prior to painting the roof. Today, I am thankful that they ONLY painted the roof; otherwise, my whole car would look like crap, and not just the roof! For an 11 year old car, the rest of the paint looks amazing compared to the 5 year old paint job on the roof.
