I PAY LAMBETH MANAGEMENT TO MAINTAIN THE OUTSIDE WALLS OF HOUSE, SOME YARD, AND ROOFING. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO ABOUT 15 OUTSIDE PANELS ON HOUSE. LAMBETH MANAGEMENT WAS CONTACTED ABOUT THIS ISSUE THE BEGINNING OF APRIL 2017 LAMBETH MGT DID NOT START ANY WORK UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2017. DUE TO LAMBETH MGTS. NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE OF THE DAMAGED SIDING IMMEDIATELY WATER DAMAGE HAS ACCURRED AROUND 2 WINDOWS AND MICE HAVE INFESTED THE INSULATION AND BLACK BOARD. THERE HAS BEEN A TREMENDOUS AMOUT OF RAIN FALL AND DUE TO LAMBETH MGTS SLOW REPAIRS THIS DAMAGE WAS DONE. THEY REFUSE TO REPAIR OR EVEN SPEAK TO ME ABOUT THE DAMAGE. I CALLED KAREN W [redacted] WHO HANGS UP AFTER USING VULGARITY, JENNIFER L [redacted] WHO IS RUDE AND ALSO HANGS UP, AND SCOTT L [redacted] WHO NEVER RETURNS MY CALLS. ALL I WANT IS WHAT I PAY THEM TO DO. THEIR NEGLIGENCE HAS CAUSED FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE HOUSE AND LAMBETH MGT. DID NOT REPAIR THE INSULATION BLACKBOARD OR THE 2 WATER DAMAGED WINDOWS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NO FURTHER PAYMENTS

I have been requesting for over a year that a tree next to my patio be removed along with the roots that are growing underneath my patio I finally got the HOA to send someone out, only they simply cut the tree down to the stump The tree has started to regrow, and the tree roots have damaged my patio I have requested that the patio be repaired as well only to be told that it is my responsibility I should not have to continuously BEG for the HOA to do their job They are paid monthly by each owner to maintain the outside of our community and are failing to do so This company continues to make excuses, refuses to do the required work, and are only interested in collecting monthly dues
