Exquisite Management

Review: I had responded to an ad I saw on [redacted], for a local music video in Denver, Colorado. unfortunately, I wasn't able to make that casting. Even though I submitted details, bookings were already full. So it was recommended that I try to get in touch with Exquisite Mgmt. I checked them out, and really liked what I saw. Even though they were based in New York, I was excited about being able to be signed with a real Model company. However, the deal ended bad, simply because I was not able to send in information the way that Exquisite would've wanted me to! I was nothing but cordial, and did my best to get my Model submission in, on time. However, the thing that really pissed me off was that fact that my character was being slandered! The fact that I was told that the company left a message on my machine, stating that they didn't want to do business because I appeared flaky, really hit me. First and foremost, do you even know the definition of that term? I take stuff like that personal, because I am in no way/shape/form flaky. I do have some personal issues; [redacted], [redacted], that I was dealing/had to deal with. I mean, what do you expect? Life happens; and being business professionals, you should understand. And in reviewing Exquisite's contract, there was nothing in this contract, that states that Models would be terminated, life occurrences. 2nd, Even though [redacted] and [redacted] decided to terminate my contract, they didn't send me an official stating this. I have moved on, and want to be free from Exquisite totally. 3rd, These folks had me use a Money Pak card, to create a portfolio. They couldn't/didn't want to accept a money order; which I felt was odd. Why would you have me put money on a card, and then have to call you to give you the card number? This makes me think that something underhandedly is being done. Furthermore, I couldn't find any record of Dayton Designz online. How do I know this wasn't a company that was even existence? I take my business very seriously; and dealing with corrupt businesses, isn't something I'll do. So I still am waiting for money to be returned in this regard. I have contacted Money Pak. But at the same time, Money Pak isn't the one that requested a model get a model portfolio done. So Exquisite should've had the decency to refund me back my money. Finally, I'm waiting for the original pics to be sent back to me. I had sent in some pictures that I did here in my hometown of Colorado. These were going to be used on my model site, but since this never came to fruition, I'd like the pictures back. These are mine, and in no way, does Exquisite have the rights to these, because they weren't taken by any of their photographers. I know originally had said in an email that they could hold on to, or discard. But in thinking about it, it's my work, and I don't want any of my stuff in the hands of a company that I don't have ties with! So these are my issues, and I hope they can be resolved.Desired Settlement: A letter stating that I'm stating that I'm officially over would be great. Voicemails don't work for me! Second, I want my pictures to also be mailed back to me, as well as the disposal of my application/contract. That's the least that Exquisite can do.

Are we serious???? Ok This is a model who signed a contract, turned out to be very irresponsible and unreliable and her contract which she signed and mailed in has been canceled. Exquisite Management has in no way received any payments from this individual all payments were sent to the web designers @ Dayton Designz in which [redacted] knew beforehand that all payments to the web designing firm are non refundable and also not mandatory for representation. Also special arrangements were made for [redacted] in the breaking up of payments so that she could pay the full portfolio amount of $200 which she never fully paid.
