Hi [redacted] Thank you for providing us with the information about your experience with Mani/Pedi service done at our Green Bay location Even though we do understand your concerns and do want to fix the issue for you, there is no way we can provide you with a refund for the service done We are more than willing to do the service again for you and with a different service provider and will make sure the one assigned to you is more experienced then the one you may have had, but again as any service industry, we cannot refund your money after the service was done and paid for.If the issue was so severe, you should have spoken to a manager on site at the moment and looked for a better resolution at that point and we are certain that they would have found a solution for you immediately that would have been satisfactory for all partiesWe take pride in our service providers for providing the best possible service and are know for listening to customers needs, but cannot guarantee pleasing everyone every time, even though that is what we preach to each and every employee of the companyWe hope to hear back from you and we hope to see you capitalize on the offer we have made Sincerely,
