I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
As stated before, my request is to receive a full refund in the amount of $Due to all the mess I no longer wanted the product. Because the Revdex.com made contact with the company, they miraculously found my order and shipped it
I finally did receive my order on June 7, 2014, but it was only after I complained to the Revdex.com and almost a month after my order was placedIt shipped 2nd Day via USPS on June 5, (See Attachment )Exstink stated that the order shipped back in May, which is untrue
I placed the order on May 10, They charged my card TWICE in the amount totaling $on May 12, (See Attachment )Exstink overcharged me by $I do NOT want the product (I found an alternative solution) that they shipped LATEIf they would like their product returned, please send me a Call Tag and it will be returnedI will not pay for shipping

We have not received any product returned. All we ask is to return the merchandise within a 30 day period of time and we will refund charges.  However, we shipped this out on the 9 of may and after 60 days  we have not received any return.  Therefore all charges should be as...

As stated before, my request is to receive a full refund in the amount of $80.40. Due to all the mess I no longer wanted the product.  Because the Revdex.com made contact with the company, they miraculously found my order and shipped it.

I finally did receive my order on June 7, 2014, but it was only after I complained to the Revdex.com and almost a month after my order was placed. It shipped 2nd Day via USPS on June 5, 2014 (See Attachment ). Exstink stated that the order shipped back in May, which is untrue.

I placed the order on May 10, 2014. They charged my card TWICE in the amount totaling $80.40 on May 12, 2014 (See Attachment ). Exstink overcharged me by $40.20. I do NOT want the product (I found an alternative solution) that they shipped LATE. If they would like their product returned, please send me a Call Tag and it will be returned. I will not pay for shipping.
