Extend a Suites

This Motel advertises free wifi on their sign. Before checking in I was guaranteed wifi in my room. I've been here three weeks with no wifi in my room. I've asked them to fix this problem three times a week and after promising to fix it I still do not have Internet. The only wifi in the building seems to come from the office, I asked them to move me to a closer room when one became available they haven't contacted me about an available room in two weeks despite the vacancies.
