I am rejecting this response because: I received a call April 27th and was offered an apology and $500 refund. However, I would like a full refund.

I have had my monitoring station and myself go over all the months to which we did not monitor. We are willing to pay him $500 for the time we did not monitor. We have documentation on our behalf that will show that we did monitor him ty all the other times. We apologize from the bottom of our heart.
