I received the phone call and were I was told that I needed to come and here about my [redacted] maintenance increase rateThis was pretense knowing that you was representing another company using my informationAlso on the invitation was that we were to be there at 6pm which include dinner, well since my husband is handicap and is in as wheel chair not able to stand or walk and we both are diabetic Dinner was suppose to be at or 6:30pm and we were never offered a drink of waterAbout 7:they decided to order large pizza and the other represent open the box ate the pizza he wanted then got paper plate from the hotel front desk, and left the pizza box openWe got ready to leave at 8:15pm and there was slice of cold pizza left and we were told to take a slice eachPresentation is what kind of service we received is how your company treat customers
ETS Represented the presentation as Information only, but when we went, it quickly turned into a sales presentation. We are VERY happy with our timeshare, and immediately shared this information with the representative who was assigned to us. As a result, we did not get a high pressure sales pitch, but we also did not get the "dinner" that was supposed to be provided at the presentation. We both felt that there was not ever any intention of a dinner being provided, even though the ETS rep stated that there was a mix-up with the catering company. ETS did give us a certificate to get $300 in Restaurant credit, but the "FEE" to receive the credit was $29.99. That seemed like a scam too, as you get 1 $25 certificate each month for 12 Months. Not a pleasant experience overall.

About 7:40 they decided to order 1 large pizza and the other represent open the box ate the pizza he wanted then got paper plate from the hotel front desk, and left the pizza box open. We got ready to leave at 8:15pm and there was 5 slice of cold pizza left and we were told to take a slice each. Presentation is what kind of service we received is how your company treat customers.
