Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: until I got my bank involved using paypal to help resolve the dispute and contacted you folks nothing was being done on their part and they know itYou've seen the complaint I wrote, everything I stated was factThe transaction took place on the 6thIt took several days of trying with great difficulty to even load the themler appIt wqas supposed to be free with my purchase of artisteerThe application was supposed to be a desktop app, instead it was a beta web appEverything I stated was true and accurateThey threatened me with not resolving the dispute.Sincerely,*** ***

We find [redacted]'s behavior threatening and retaliatory. Every time he'd write a message to our support he would threaten us with contacting his bank or Revdex.com, without allowing us to resolve any issues. Yet his refund was provided on August 12, 2015 for a purchase he made on August 6, therefore it...

didn't take long. He continued to file baseless reports with his bank and Revdex.com, rather than allowing us to either resolve the issue(s) or offer refund of our own. Again, the refund was provided on August 12. We usually do not offer refunds to people who threaten us and retaliate because there are civilized ways of requesting a refund upon a short discussion. Therefore we would like to retract the refund and get paid again for the product and our service. Please ask [redacted] to re-submit the payment. What browser you're using to work with Themler Desktop (Chrome, FF or other browser)? If you're using FireFox please make sure that FireBug is not opened. It may slow down Themler. Please note that IE, Safari or non-webkit Opera browsers are not supported. Please start Windows Task Manager. What is the Memory and CPU usage (general)? Do you have free memory and CPU resources? Please try closing applications that use a lot of memory and CPU. You can also try re-starting computer. Another possible reason in antivirus software. If possible please disable it for testing. I'm not at all satisfied with the hype, the way it works and the interface. Please issue a prompt refund as I am not using IE. Safari or Opera. I only had open two tabs in the browser, no other apps were running on Windows 7 Ultimate with 8 Gb ram. I would please ask that a refund be issued. I won't have any issues with my bank back charging themler proper. It's not my system as it works perfectly fine for every other online function. This beta themler template generator has been very [redacted] to work with. I have diagnosed every issue that was submitted to you previously. Not one item was reason to cause a lock up and scripting errors. It's not my system as it works perfectly fine for every other online function. Themler Desktop works ok for most of our customers and on our side. So it should be something specific in your system. Our developers ask for access to your computer via TeamViewer and Skype so they can arrange a time of session. They will check what happens with Desktop version on our side.
