As previously stated this issue is not a service, such as a leak, shingles flying off or missing This is a cosmetic issue caused by Mr [redacted] taking a lump sum of money from his insurance claim, not using it all to replace the exact roof his insurance company paid for but choosing a thinner shingle thus creating the situation he calls a "faulty installation." Josh [redacted] has agreed to stop at the residence the next time he is in the area With the inclement weather we have had since that time, he has been extremely busy keeping current and handling the service calls we do recieve, an occasional missing shingle or a leak Name calling and questioning our credibility and professionalism will not speed up the process A little professional courtesy and patience is what is called for as Mr [redacted] has committed to stop out and take care of the issue

My staff has tried to resolve the issue with the home owner he is completely unreasonable I personally visited the site to review the items that were incomplete after my staff was told to leave and threaten that the police would be called if they did not leave We have only a few hours of caulking to complete and his gutters hang from the roofing, his roofing shingles are in very poor condition and have multiple layers, we made him aware we may damage the roofing shingles if we remove the gutters he does not understand the installation process We did not complete the few areas of caulking when the siding was replaced because of bad weather conditions.I am a competent remodeler and asked him to let me look at his so called electrical issue, he refused to allow me inside the home to examine the electrical panel or existing wiring His home is over years old and may have a extremely out dated wiring system, I just asked to review so I could decide if I needed to send a electrician we work with to solve the problem Mr [redacted] refused and I then suggested he contact an electrician of his choice immediately if he feels his home is at risk.I attempted to resolve the issues with the homeowner and visited his site personally to understand his frustration with my sales rep and installation team He told me not to take any photos of his home and he wanted all his money back I said sir that is not possible we only need a few hours to complete the work and then our obligation is complete He then told me to leave his home he was going to contact Revdex.com, police, attorney general etc His installation took under a week from delivery to completion including bad weatherand the holiday, which my men work to make up for bad weather days I understand his frustrations but if he wont allow us to complete the work, I am at a loss for what to do

I am rejecting this response because:I gave them 6956.72,all other funds have been spent on gutter material and install,electrical repair,water damage,clean up and property damage.this was all done perfectly by Union workers. I cannot and will not agree to any more payments. ,
