I am rejecting this response because:
Mr *** of Exterior Contracting, Inc is a very deceitful and shifty person of very low character One that would out right lie, in writing, on the Revdex.com site should be questioned thoroughly I have attached the MN Secretary of State business listing showing that the company Exterior Contracting, Inc, run by Bradley John *** was administratively dissolved on 3/14/ I have texts showing dates and times of his attempted deceit I have since spoken with State Farm Insurance showing they ACV'd the roof, removal and replacement, at 16, I have attached those documents as well Mr *** was paid $18,6XX and at this point, I would say he owes me $2,200, at a minimum considering he is in breech of contract, and out of business, I would say he is intentionally attempting to commit theft by deception, aka fraud I have also reported Mr *** to the MN Department of Labor and Industry Mr *** owes me $2, I have notified mr *** that he is not welcomed on my property

Here's the insurance scope from St. Farm, the replacement cost for Mr. [redacted] roof is $20,752.29. His mortgage company sent two checks for $9,321.00 . Total amount paid to Exterior Contracting so far is $18,642.00 He still owes a balance of $2,110.00 I personally walked Mr. [redacted] thru the...

insurance estimate ( scope ). The roof is completed and it looks beautiful, My crew was on time, clean and did an outstanding job. We pulled a permit with the city of Blaine, MN, my roofing crew was paid, and my vendors were paid in full. That's what we do here! Were honest and operate with professionalism. My exterior business is in good standing with the state, and the Revdex.com. ECI would not go any further with the repairs until the roof was paid in full and/or needed a down payment for the siding, soffit, fascia, gutters and gutter guards. I submitted no forms or invoices for the completed roof, Ocwen Mortgage sent out an inspector for verification that the roof was complete. I was not present when the inspector was doing his inspection. I have all documentation proving my integrity. I put more value in my reputation than the dollar, ALWAYS!!
