We stand by our previous responseWe have acted in an incredibly timely and professional manner, no matter how irrational, unprofessional, and verbally abusive the customer was with usWe will not be reimbursing the customerUpon completion of the project, this customer was presented with two review forms and gave us the highest marks on both(I have attached a copy of each form for your review.) One of the review forms asks to numerically rate our company from to 5, with being the highest, and bestThey have circled “5” for the following: How satisfied were you with the salesperson, Rate the quality of the product you purchased, How pleased are you with the installation, Rate your overall experience with E.C.S., and even said “Yes” to if they would recommend us to anybody else, or use our company for future projectsOn another review form they were asked to choose “A, B, C, D, and/or F”“A” being the highest and best scoreThey chose “A” for each of the following: Overall experience, Price, Quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, and ProfessionalismThey also chose “Yes” for if they would use this company/individual again in the future and even included in comments that the job “went good” and “looks really good”This will be our final communication on the matterWe will continue to stand by our warranties but will not endure any more of their abuse and/or fabrications Thank you, [redacted]

We have done everything in a timely manner for the customerOn Tuesday, Nov11, 2014: Mscalled in and said they were experiencing drafts on all the windows between the old frame and the new windowThey took a temperature gauge and put it in the middle of their living room and then put it by their windows and they reported there was a degree differenceDuring the demo, homeowner’s are informed by the representatives that there will be an approximate degree difference, which is normal/goodOn Thursday, Nov13, 2014: Mscalled in again and said that she hasn't heard anything back from usWe told her that *** has been trying to get a hold of herHe has tried calling times and finally got a hold of her boyfriend (On Tuesday 11/11/14) and told him that we will have someone out there as soon as we are in that area to take a look at itOn Friday, Nov21, 2014: Mscalled in again to say that *** had stopped out on Thursday, Nov13, to take a look at things but he wanted to come back this week because he wanted to see it in the light and that she hadn't heard anything backWe let her know that the next time he is in that area he will be able to stop byOn Monday Nov24, 2014: We contacted Mssaying that *** was going to be able to stop by today, she said that would work well*** applied caulk to all the windows to help seal the area from drafts*** reported that the windows are fineHe explained that the drafting is coming from behind the casingThis may be occurring because the walls in the house are poorly insulatedThe windows are now energy efficient and the air needs a way to escape, and is now finding a way from behind the casing*** had taken off the interior stop of each window and showed the customer that the windows were indeed insulatedNever once were they upset with anything that he was doing, they were quite satisfied
However, On Wednesday, Nov26, 2014: We received an abusive voicemail from Mrsaying it *** caulked up the windows, made a mess now they have to clean it upThey will be getting a professional insulator to insulate the windows properlyThe bill will be sent to us to pay for, since we have no brains and didn't insulate the windows like we were supposed toMrthen contacted *** by phone and called him a freak among other thingsMralso contacted the manufacturing representative and was verbally abusive with him as well when the representative explained the same thing we had told the customerThen again on Wednesday, Dec17, 2014: Mrhad called in to complain about all of the issues. We told him that we spoke with *** about it right after he stopped by on 11/24/and *** said he showed them what he was doing and that they were happyThere was no issue with anything *** had done, they were satisfiedWe said we were surprised to receive another call especially such a harsh voicemail about *** being out thereWe were wondering at this point what they want to doThat’s when MrHung up
We have saved the voicemail on our office phone as well as one that *** received on his phoneEverything they are saying is a lieWe have gone out on more than one occasion to satisfy their needsBefore this instance with the drafting, they had contacted us saying that they had received the wrong wood grain color*** had gone out right away to address thatHe went to each window with the swatch color from Lindsay windows and showed them that it was a perfect match to every windowMsthen agreed with *** that it was the perfect match and commented that that was her bi-polar coming out.

Exterior Custom Solutions response to, ID: *** *** ***, rejecting our initial responseThe salesperson never mentioned that we would install their windows on aSaturday, nor did the customer bring it up. The installer had no choice but to install the doors because the old doors had already been removed. On the initial visit, the customer had a microscope out and was on google trying to determine the type of bugs their building was infested with. The customer contacted the salesperson to let him know that our scheduler was “Brain-Dead”. These are the factsAll of the above were explained in our initial response. We were also very clear that no refund will be given, and we would re-set the appointment to assess the situation. When the husband contacted us to re-set the appointment our scheduler was on vacation. The appointment has since been re-set for December 18th. All warranties will be honored. This is our final response on this matter

I sat down and read what they said and of course they are going to defend themselves I wouldn't of started this if I was a satisfied customer I'm sorry I don't have pisific dates and I made a figure of speak about bi polar but when you spent that kind of money I expect a professional job I know nothing is going to become of this but I feel it's the people's rite to know what kind of company this is .and I and my guy friend would of not had to be that way if they called back and come out when the complaining started it wouldn't of come to this I geuss that's what happens when we paid in fullidon't even want to talk about my windows because it makes me sick just thinking about it,burn and learn we should of kicked *** out when he was trashing our house but we sat back and took it why I don't know maybe not to start a conflict it is what it is wish it never happenedAnd with the way they responded they must have been in this situation beforeI'm not lieing I have nothing to lose,because I lost by buying these windows

We will not be reimbursing the customer. Upon completion of the project, this customer was presented with two review forms and gave us the highest marks on both.
