Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. There is no offer by the contractor of accepting responsibility for the poor workmanship demonstrated by saw cutting the concrete versus putting joints in the concreteAs I explained earlier, the only two cracks have noticeably appeared is where the cutting was doneIn the places where concrete joints are located, the cracks are not noticeable Regards, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The reason for my response is to state that these cracks were only in places where the concrete was saw cut. All cracks that emanated in a concrete joint did not "jump" outside the joint whereas the cracks that emanated in the saw cuts both jumped the cuts and are very visible on the concrete. I had asked the business owner why he did not use joints instead of cutting the concrete to which I received no response. Best regards, [redacted]
Good morning , In December of 2015 I have a meeting with Mr***, and he show me the small cracking in the concrete , we came back in April of ,and saw cut the concrete right by the hairlines in concrete ,to release the pressure , because we have 3,pounds of pressure per one square inch of concrete Unfortunately, cracking is pretty common in concrete, especially during the first days, while it’s curing or setting up, but we pour the patio in may of 2015,We have micro earthquakes in SD every day , reason why it happens most of the time, we have a meeting with a representative of *** products concrete , tel, *** ; on 9-14-,and they did not see anything wrong with the concrete material and poured concrete patios. Thanks , *** *** Tel***er’s prudent eye. He show me the headlines
