I have noticed recently that Exterior Energy Solutions has a a few complaints involving the timeliness of their installsWe recently had our roof install by this company and unfortunately had to wait longer than we had originally hopedWith that they did complete our project and we love itPer our conversations with their office/management staff they did make us aware of some changing of crews and weather that had played a factor in our delayThis still did not make us any less happy about our waitNow that the project has been completed and the crew that installed it were as accommodating and professional as they were I am glad they took the time to find the right people to place on our projectI like some I have seen had grown impatient, but in the end now complete I realize that they were acting in my best interestI think sometimes as a society we have become so about the now that we blind ourselves to the big pictureTo those of you that have complained I understand but in my experience they made it worth my whileThis is the first time I have ever done a review and I hope this helps some of you as well as helps this company as they helped mePatience is a virtue that we all sometimes lose sight ofIn hind sight the money I was complaining about that I had given as a deposit was not money I paid out of pocket, it did not take food off my table, I did not have to go in debt or create an additional payment a month by having to finance and I did not have to work overtime to recoverMy roof was old, it looked bad, I did not have leaks (which I know they prioritize), and now it looks awesomeAgain the wait was horrible but looking at the end result really was not that badI thank Exterior Energy Solutions for taking care of my home, funding, and time Again I am not downplaying anyone's wait merely reflecting in my own experience

On April 1, a crew came to put on a new roof They arrived shortly after 8:30am & worked straight through without a lunch break ( one was offered to them by us & they declined), and finished at 3:30pm They did an excellent job in taking off the old roof & putting the new roof back on They were all pleasant & friendly; very respectful of us as home owners &our property They made sure all the debris was cleaned up & picked up before leaving the property after the job was finished On March 31, they sent a truck with all the supplies & delivered them to our property so they would be available as soon as the work crew arrived the following morning to start the job We are very pleased with the results & have had no issues or complaints since We would certainly recommend them to someone else for a roofing job
