has submitted to us for further review*** D*** during a recorded conversation clearly identified who she was and where she was calling fromIn addition, the Member Recruiter emailed *** *** a detailed email explaining our services and further providing insight of who we are, what we offered and the next steps*** *** was requested to read the email in its entirety and replied back to the email responding that she understood what was read and the next steps, which she has responded accordinglyNowhere in our written or recorded conversations do we state that we are the production of any show.x Reality Talent is a Listing Service, that centralizes casting opportunities, personal profile, and so much moreWe have attempted to reach out to her after she filed a dispute with her bank that the membership fee processed on her card was unauthorizedClearly based on this Revdex.com complaint she has acknowledged authorizing the charge and this is a case of buyer’s remorseWe are more than happy to provide supporting documents, including the email that was sent to *** *** to review and her response to the email confirming that she read and understood everythingThe recorded conversation where she was given the good news to work with us, congratulating her and explaining the next steps in working with usThe phone records of our attempt to reach her personally to address any confusion she may haveAs well as the email from our payments and casting support team attempting to resolve the issue and clarify any confusionWe are more than happy to continue to work with *** *** and will continue to support her in her casting goals
