I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The information from EHI is incorrect. Sunrise and EHI have been to the property once since the initial installation. This was to replace the weather stripping on every window (apart from the basement window), there has been no onsite inspection following this initial visit EHI and Sunrise seem focused on the condensation issue. Our major issue is with the quality of the window (still have drafts, and the Low-E efficient glass is worse than standard glass, and offers no sound-insulation). It is extremely cold to the touch, and freezes the condensation on the glass. We replaced half of the windows in the house. The non-replaced windows do not have cold-touch issues, condensation issues, or freezing issues. Sunrise offered to install one pane of "lower standard" glass to see if this resolves the issue, and then there would be additional cost to switch out all other panes. Essentially we have been sold a very poor product, that does not meet up to expectations, and the manufacturer is offering us a cheaper alternative at additional cost to ourselves. Neither the manufacturer or installer wish to address these issues, and constantly focus on the condensation issue. The windows are so cold and drafty, and we have had no satisfactory response from EHI, that we are actually under contract to tear out the master bedroom windows with another company, just so that we can sleep in a non-drafty and non-noisy bedroom We would however request that the remaining windows be addressed to our satisfaction

[redacted] Complaint:    The problem with a couple of the windows is simply condensation due to the water vapor in the home. The water vapor will naturally go to the coldest part of the home which is glass, no matter how energy efficient a window is, this has happen in extreme weather...

swings.  Sunrise Windows (manufacturer) has been out to the house several times and they included the following letter in which I agree with.  Sunrise has offered [redacted] a less energy efficient glass option that will probably help with the condensation freezing on the glass, but again, not guaranteed.  Sunrise offered to give on Sash to them to test it out, and will give them a manufacturer’s cost for the rest of the glass if they want to switch out all of the glass on the rest of the windows.
