The estimator was very informative and gave us a lot of information to base our decision for the purchase. The installer did a wonderful job putting in the windows and patio door. He made sure that the inside and outside looked beautiful. He tried to keep everything clean and covered the floors when he was going between the outside and inside. We would definitely work with this company again after dealing with them on this job.

I had 14 windows replaced on a 1930's home. Excellent work was completed at a reasonable price.

I had the chimney rebuilt, Alum Soffits, Facia, gutters, and the roof done. The work looks great. There were a few misunderstandings on the roof work that they took care of with no questions asked.

The sales guys were great in giving me options without overwhelming me (I had other quotes that came out to a much higher price, and the guy rambled on for an hour about shingle types), the financing was done in house (that was going to be my problem with other businesses, which would have been a pain), the work was done as scheduled, the cleanup was complete (I could not see a bit of mess anywhere), the guys were friendly. Maybe the only thing is I would have enjoyed a call the day after it was done telling me how much if any wood was replaced (and confirming that there were no additional charges). Overall a good experience.

Exterior Pros replaced the roof over our ranch house, which had experienced some hail damage. Sales manager, Gary, was very professional and explained everything in detail. Work was finished in just over two weeks after the contract was signed. Crew arrived promptly on the scheduled date and completed the work on our 5300 sq. ft roof in less than two days, working late on the first day. Workmen were skilled, efficient, respectful and cleaned up the area around the house meticulously. Dumpster was removed the day after completion. Workmanship and materials used were of the highest quality and the new roof looks great. We are extremely pleased with Exterior Pros and highly recommend them.

We had a kitchen wall we wanted knock out and install a sliding door. We talked with several contractors but Exterior Pros was one of the few that really understood what we wanted and talked us through how to make it happen and select the best product. The install crew was phenomenal, working together to make sure it was all done right down to the smallest detail. They did a lot of custom work to make it all work and we got everything we had hoped for. I would highly recommend these guys!

Usually companies take awhile to get back to you, so I was surprised at how David and Sean were incredibly responsive to my calls and questions. They came out promptly to see the roof and give a quote. I needed a roof in order to sell my home - I had to hurry to get it done before closing- and they worked so hard to get their crew out before this year's first snow. In any other case, I would have been nervous about it getting done but they gave me their firm word, called to let me know what was going on, and sure enough, they had the roof on in no time. They did the work very professionally and everything was way cleaner and looked better than before they came out!! I will call them again for sure. Also- the roof looks great- the color they suggested is really nice and three dimensional.

After a hail storm came through Muskego exterior Pros were at the neighbors inspecting her roof. She suggested I let them inspect mine. I did. They contacted my insurance company and met the adjuster a couple days later. I had damage, in fact a full roof and gutter replacement. We were planning an extensive remodeling project so we waited to have the roof done. Not only did exteriors put the new roof on they were very competitive on siding so they got that job as well. The siders were very hard working, in fact they started the job at 4:30 on a Friday and finished on Sat. We are more than pleased with how it turned out and would recommend Exterior Pros. I'm a Realtor so I'm sure I'll be passing on their name.
