Exterior Qualities Home Improvement called me to schedule a window installation contracted through *** After setting up an appointment, I received a call the Friday before a Monday installation asking me to reschedule for later in the week because they were behind on another job They said that they would call me on Monday to finalize the date I did not receive a call on Monday On Tuesday, I got a call with a message from [redacted] that they would come on Wednesday On Wednesday, I got a call with a message that they were now coming on Thursday I called them back and said to [redacted] that this was the third reschedule asked if this was the last reschedule She promised me that they would be out on Thursday for sure Thursday morning I received a call from [redacted] that Exterior Qualities was withdrawing from my installation Now I have to reschedule with a different contractor who cannot get me on their schedule for another month This is a poor way to conduct businness
