Exterior Qualities recent cleaned my gutters and powered wash our concrete in the front and back of our humble abodeTheir work was very very goodThey were courteous, and diligent to return the outdoor furniture to its original location
This was a small project, but they take great pride in their work and it shows!!!!!!

Exterior Qualities Home Improvement called me to schedule a window installation contracted through [redacted]. After setting up an appointment, I received a call the Friday before a Monday installation asking me to reschedule for later in the week because they were behind on another job. They said that they would call me on Monday to finalize the date. I did not receive a call on Monday. On Tuesday, I got a call with a message from [redacted] that they would come on Wednesday. On Wednesday, I got a call with a message that they were now coming on Thursday. I called them back and said to [redacted] that this was the third reschedule asked if this was the last reschedule. She promised me that they would be out on Thursday for sure. Thursday morning I received a call from [redacted] that Exterior Qualities was withdrawing from my installation. Now I have to reschedule with a different contractor who cannot get me on their schedule for another month. This is a poor way to conduct businness.

Exterior Qualities Home Improvement replaced our roof this last April, and I have to say that they exceeded my expectations. [redacted] was very thorough with his sales presentation and his attention to detail far exceeded other contractors that came to bid the job. Furthermore, Exterior Qualities followed through in every detail that was presented in the contract to our satisfaction. There were some minor issues with flashing, and a shortage of materials, but the project was completed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. Exterior Qualities even handled some minor gutter repairs that were not part of the contract as a courtesy. Mr. [redacted] communicated regularly throughout the process and kept us informed of scheduling issues and other changes. It was truly a pleasure to deal with someone who knows his trade and followed through with everything that was promised and more. I would recommend Exterior Qualities for your roofing and other home remodeling projects.
