Mr. [redacted] purchased a wrecked and not drivable truck from us through an on line auction. He asked if we new someone that could tow it to him so we set him up with a 3rd party that transports trucks for us, [redacted]'s [redacted] to bring it to...

him. This was not part of or any way included in the purchase of the truck.
From my understanding from the 3rd party driver, upon arrival he was instructed by Mr. [redacted] to back the truck into a spot that he wanted it in. He was told by the driver that with his tow device he can't back up and especially can't back and turn without making contact with the grill. He was told to go ahead and try it at which time what the driver had told him would happen is exactly what happened.
As I stated earlier this is a wrecked truck that already had extensive damage all over. The only thing that [redacted] Truck Sales is guilty of is trying to assist him with the delivery of his truck and save him some money vs. the more expensive quotes he was receiving to have it towed. I don't see any way that we should be held responsible for a 3rd party doing what Mr. [redacted] asked him to do which resulted in damage to his truck.
