In response to Mrand Mrs [redacted] complaint, Exteriors Elite has made several attempts by phone and mail to contact the [redacted] and finish the workThey are aware of the need to remove the solar panels on their roof and have not set a time to have our company meet with solar city to make sure we have no liability issuesFurther, we have not received their deductible pertaining to their insurance scope.For both legal and liability purposes Exteriors Elite cannot remove the solar panels.We have explained to the [redacted] our concerns and yet they feel we owe them moneyWe have the material purchased and are awaiting their responseWe have further contacted their insurance company and made them aware of the situationWe need the [redacted] to contact our office as to when the solar panels will be removed so we can complete the work, until then there is nothing else we can do to complete the work
