Exteriors Plus

Review: This person represented himself as a roofer. He came out, gave us an estimate, described the work, asked for a deposit of $2,100 which was about half of the total. We signed a contract. The contract stated work would start in 5-7 days. After two weeks and numerous calls, nothing was started. Over 60 days has elapsed with nothing but promises, excuses, and now he is not returning phone calls. There has been absolutely nothing done with the roof at all. He simply got my money and has disappeared. I have written him letters which the post office says they cannot deliver since no one will accept them at the addresses he has on his contract and business cards. He said several weeks ago when he accidently picked up the phone, that he will return my money but it is now 90 days since he has cashed my check and has not provided anything back to me at all. I am about to file legal action and would urge anyone who reads his ad in The Guide, and thinks he is a roofing contractor, NOT to deal with him. This person calls himself [redacted] and calls his business both T/A Exteriors Plus and Exteriors Plus of both Delmar, DE and Westover, MD.Desired Settlement: Return my $2,100.00
