Final outcome was I did all the work , they never found the squirrel They never fill there obligation to guarantee me a pest free attic I still feel they did nothing for $, said they would show up every hours never did I've been robbed I should get a full refund !! We hired Exterminex on [redacted] June to resolve an issue of animals in our ceilingThe contract they gave us was for months, good through the [redacted] of SeptemberThey sent out a serviceman named ShaunHe told us we had squirrels in our ceilingWe told him we thought it could also be raccoonsHe gave us his reasons why they were squirrels: squirrel fur, feces, etcand quoted us a price to remove them - $ He was guessing He set one trap in monthsOne squirrel was caught, a squirrel that could have come from anywhere in the backyardHe never came to get it and the poor thing died in the cageShaun told us he closed the entry pointsHe didn't as we continued to have the problemHe never showed up when he said he wouldHe said he would call firstHe NEVER called, not once The contract said they would stay with the problem until it was resolvedThey were not true to the contract When we finally got Shaun to come back, he said he found a hole on the side of our building and would have to return with a partnerThey would use a harness to patch up the holeHe said he would return the next dayHe didn't return for more than a week He came alone At this point he said they were raccoons and that would be a different price and therefore not under the present contractTo remove raccoons would cost $ We spoke to the boss at ExterminexHe said Shaun told him he caught a lot of squirrels and that this was now another, separate issue Shaun also told us, initially, he would not kill what he caughtLater he said, he always killed them Exterminex is a dishonest company that others should be made aware We hired another another company, Bug BustersThey come highly recommended by me Vince came on Wed the *** He saw no hole in the side of our building as Shaun had said He set traps raccoons were caught and he came immediately to take them to a place where he would free them So far, the price for his services has been $
