I am rejecting this response because:
I never stated that they were at fault for my car losing oil, it wasn't losing any oil or burning extra oil per my mechanic which is ready to sign a statement if needed, I am stating that they did not put the necessary and correct amount of oil in the car when they did the oil changeI also have the timing valves that were replaced which shows that they were broken due to low levels of oilThis was only a difference of approxmiles and 1/months from the oil change that was supposed to have been done and the damage done to the timing valvesAnother issue that was missed was the oil change sticker that was on my car was not updated with the oil change that was supposedly done February 3rd, my mechanic originally stated to me that I was miles over the mileage that I should have had an oil change done, it was an old sticker from the oil change done beforeI had to show him my receipt from the February 3rd oil change to show him the correct mileage at that timeI believe that not only did they not change the sticker, they did not do the oil change either

miles and we put the right amount of oil in her carEvery cars oil amount
is looked up in Motor Information System Lube guide and then check after

***Older cars do leak and burn oil more so they have to be checked
often*** *** stated that her mechanic stated that the car was
low on oil and if she waited a couple of weeks her car would have been out of
oilSo it is burning oil or leaking oil if would be out of oil in a few weeks
*** ***’s real problem should be with her mechanic who should of filled her
cars engine with the amount of oil she lost and then reset her engine light
Most likely her variable timing valves were fine and she did not need to pay

We fixed the *** two days ago at no charge and he is coming in next week for the a/c on his ***

I am rejecting this response because: you did not answer my question regarding video in your shopIf you have video in your shop, which most reputable auto service places have, you would be able to provide evidence of the oil change being doneIf you don' t have video, I am surprised you just didn't say that in your last responseOnce again, just because you said it was done, doesn't mean it actually was, especially because a new sticker was never put on the car eitherAs far as negligence goes, we may have to let the courts decide this if you continue to not accept some responsibility for this matter
