Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:YES I OPENED THE WATER AND DRANK THEM BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE ONLY CHARGED ME $EACH NOT $EACH THEY NEED TO REFUND THE DIFFERENCE OF $EVEN THOUGH I DRANK THEM THEY SHOULD NOT CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR PRICE TAG AND ME OR MY FAMILY HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE THE MANAGER TOLD ME I CANT HAVE A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:YES I OPENED THE WATER AND DRANK THEM BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE ONLY CHARGED ME $1.69 EACH NOT $2.79 EACH THEY NEED TO REFUND THE DIFFERENCE OF $2.20 EVEN THOUGH I DRANK THEM THEY SHOULD NOT CHARGE MORE THAN WHAT IS STATED ON THEIR PRICE TAG AND ME OR MY FAMILY HAVE NOT BEEN BACK SINCE THE MANAGER TOLD ME I CANT HAVE A REFUND OF THE DIFFERENCE

In regards to the complaint I have talked to my manager and asked what took place. Ms. H[redacted] purchased to bottled waters from us and went home with them. Later returning to the store she said that we overcharged her for the water. We have a scanning system that reads the UPC bar code that is...

unique to each individual item, we do however sell different sizes of all waters but each has a different UPC bar code on them. However in trying to maintain a good business practice we asked her to bring back the items since she said that she hadn't opened them and we would review the sale in case some kind of mistake occurred. Ms H[redacted] has never returned with the bottles for us to examine and correct any overcharge that might have occurred. Ms. H[redacted] has been back in the store but as of yet has never mentioned the incident again.I hope this clears up the incident and record goes back to good standing.Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.K[redacted]Ceo/owner Mission Market and Deli Inc.
