My name is [redacted] and I am the District Manager for Extra Space Storage in OklahomaWe received the attached complaint for our facility located at [redacted] **in Edmond OKPlease see our response below as well as a copy of the complainant’s original lease as referenced in their complaint We appreciate the feedback our tenants provide and work diligently to resolve all concerns as quickly and efficiently as possibleWe have spoken with this tenant a number of times concerning this issue and have exhausted all efforts to remedy this issue to the tenants satisfaction to include offering to vacate the space due to being unable to satisfy their concerns Extra Space Storage assumed management of the facilities of Extra Space Place in August of to include the facility located at [redacted] **, Edmond OKUpon the acquisition all current tenants were mailed a form copy of the lease and advised that unless tenants decided to vacate within days of notice the new lease would take effectBoth the original lease the tenant signed when they moved in in June of as well as our new lease are month to month leases with no guarantees past a day notice by either party of changesNeither lease allows for partial payments of monies dueI have attached a copy of our form lease as well as the initial section of the tenants original lease as proof neither lease provides for partial paymentsDue to privacy concerns, I am unable to attach fully executed copies of the lease The tenant advised Extra Space Storage that its monthly invoices are paid by check from a corporate officeThis procedure can cause delays and in turn cause late fees to be appliedWe have waived fees in the past for this tenant to help with payment processing and have done everything in our power to make this tenants experience as successful as possible but we feel we are at a point where they would be better served using another facility for their storage requirementsWe would be happy to maintain their business and would do all in our power to keep them satisfied but due to the recurrence of their dissatisfaction we feel we may not be the best option for their needs Thank you for the opportunity to respond and please let me know if there is anything further I can do to assist- [redacted] [redacted] | district manager | extra space storage c [redacted] |extraspace.com | [redacted] FACEBOOK |TWITTER |GOOGLE+| NYSE:EXR

We have received the complaint identified as #***It looks like the complaint was filed two days prior to my conversation with *** *** who is the tenant here at Extra Space Storage in Ballston Spa NYAs per our lease a customer is required to update usl to any change of addressWe
had not received any notice so the letter that was sent days prior to the increase went to the address on fileIn the spirit of excellent customer service she and I had already agreed on a course of action to rectify her concernsWe adjusted her rent to an agreeable amount and I also included a credit in her account for the second months' rentI hope this will resolve this issue and the Revdex.com will note that we do all we can to give our customers the best storage experience on the market

On 1-3-MS *** *** test drove the car before she purchase it, vehicle sold as is MS *** saying that we didn't let her drive the car home, that's not true she ask us to help her drive the car home and we did that for her, because she was driving another car.Again vehicle is sold as is where is but I am going to help her a little she can stop by the dealership I will wright her a $check for some of the parts and labor that she spend.Thanks

Both the original lease the tenant signed when they moved in in June of 2014 as well as our new lease are month to month leases with no guarantees past a 30 day notice by either party of changes. Neither lease allows for partial payments of monies due. I have attached a copy of our form lease as well as the initial section of the tenants original lease as proof neither lease provides for partial payments. Due to privacy concerns, I am unable to attach fully executed copies of the lease.   The tenant advised Extra Space Storage that its monthly invoices are paid by check from a corporate office. To whom it my concernI am sorry for MS [redacted] problems she is having with her Purchason January -3-2015 ms [redacted] came by the dealer ship ,she saw the 2000 mazda 626She asked me why is that car is so cheap ?I said I now it is not blowing a hot air it only blowing a cold air I don't now...

anything yells about the carMs [redacted] said that she is a mechanic and she can fix the car by her selfAnd also said she is working for [redacted] so she can get the parts cheaper for the Mazda.Ms [redacted] asked me to let her test drive the car I said ok.So she drove the car she said she like it now after four month she is saying that the car is havinga problem and vibrate? Before she Purchas the car I explain to her that the vehicle is sold AS IS where ISThat is the way l purchased the vehicle and that is the way lam selling it.She said ok she will take it as ¡s.Thanks for your time.

Extra Space Storage should be aware that the Site Manager, [redacted] is not being honest. This issue has not been discussed on multiple occasions and we have paid promptly for the past year since I took over our account so the waiving of the late fees is news to me. [redacted] also told a representative from Extra Space that she did not have my phone number because we were corresponding via email. That is false. Every email I send has my signature with telephone number. Your business practice is shady and I will never recommend your company to anyone. Due to your Site Manager's incompetence I have been inconvenienced.

It was cold when I bought the car so I didn't get to drive it until march. I didn't say that I am a mechanic.  I didn't know all this  other stuff was wrong with it or I wouldn't have bought it.  He didn't even let me drive it home. I think he should have to pay for all the work we have done to the car. How can he be allowed to sell junk like that. It was supposed to be only the heater core that was wrong with the car. This car should never passed inspection.  I hope no one else buys anything from him. I would like for him to pay us the money for the repairs and/or take the car back.

The refund was paid on 3/22/2017 it was put back to the card ending in [redacted]. Called Mr [redacted] at ###-###-#### he confirmed that  the refund was placed in his account. Customer thanked us for resolving the issue had no other issue for us to resolve. If you need any other...

Review: I am a new tenant to Extra Space Storage. Before moving my personal property into the facility on [redacted] on Saturday, March **, I called the property to ask about loading directives on Thursday, March **. I received the address for the loading dock and how to access the dolly. I rented a moving van and transported my property out of county as planned on Saturday, March **. So far so good. I was thereby surprised to have received a letter--dated Thursday, March **--via regular mail on Monday, March ** notifying me that the facility has been sold. Likewise, I will need to vacate the property. All other correspondence--including consummating the contract--was done online. Since receiving the letter, the customer care--at the local, regional and corporate levels--has been abominable. My claim was elevated to the [redacted] by corporate, which told me that the district office would need up to 48 hours to review my case. The district office informed me on Wednesday, March ** that no units are available at the sister properties in Brooklyn. The best offer is a unit in the Bronx. I will now need to pay for another move, which could have been avoided altogether had I been promptly notified by email or when at the facility over the weekend. The manager refused to compensate me for the move or reimburse a month's rent since I will no longer remain an Extra Space Storage customer. Moving to the Bronx from Brooklyn is excessively inconvenient. In short, I'm left to bear the full financial responsibility for the property's closure, let alone the time spent to move again.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the move from the facility ($195) and refunded for the rent paid ($84) and the administrative fee incurred to set up the account ($22).
