I rented a storage that I never used tried to get my money back I was told that I couldn't get my money back even it wasn't in the lease. The manager told me they don't have to let the customer know when signing the lease.

Refund I would like a full refund I never used the storage.
Customer moved-in on 7/20/2020 and stated she never moved in and requested a refund on 8/1/2020. Customer lock is still on unit as of 8/10/2020. We have not way of knowing if there is anything in the unit,, we do not have access. Person never removed lock and we can not remove lock until after 36 days. As of now customer has full access to unit for 22 days. When customer signed lease they initialed next to the statement that says we do not issue refunds. If the customer would have told us with in 48hrs or removed the lock we would have made an exception. . Customer waited 11 days to let us know she may not have moved in. But did not remove lock for us to check or re-rent the unit. That is why refund was not issued.
